STM32F103基于SPI接口的W25QXX Flash FATFS文件系统移植工程
一套可直接编译运行的STM32F103平台FATFS文件系统移植实例，支持通过SPI总线驱动W25QXX系列Flash芯片实现FAT32格式读写。工程基于Keil MDK开发，包含完整底层驱动（diskio.c、spi.c、w25qxx.c）、FATFS核心模块（ff.c）、系统时钟与中断配置（system_stm32f10x.c、stm32f10x_it.c）、外设初始化（usart.c、lcd.c、key.c、led.c）及基础延时与SysTick封装（delay.c、sys.c）。所有源码均带编译中间文件（.crf），适配标准STM32F10x固件库，无需额外修改即可在带SPI Flash的最小系统板上验证SD卡式文件操作功能，如创建目录、读写文本文件、遍历文件列表等。配套有keilkilll.bat一键清理脚本和可执行镜像SPI.axf，方便快速部署与调试。
