The problems of cryptography and secrecy systems furnish an interesting application
of communication theory. In this paper a theory of secrecy systems
is developed. The approach is on a theoretical level and is intended to complement
the treatment found in standard works on cryptography. There, a
detailed study is made of the many standard types of codes and ciphers, and
of the ways of breaking them. We will be more concerned with the general
mathematical structure and properties of secrecy systems.

程序的功能：应有密码识别，信息记录的各种基本操作（添加、储存、删除、修改、查询）
函数：设计了一个函数——display,显示当前位置的记录。
2，窗体设计：
3个窗体，2个用于密码的输入及修改，一个主要操作窗体（是使窗体上的文字及控件统一合理）
3，代码编写：
有参照课本，但发现出现很多问题，随着更改问题，进一 步了解了vb语言，又完善了一些细节。
4，测试：
1)用几组个数不同的数据测设
